The word "outsourcing" needs to be retooled. Doesn't mean what folks think it means.

Nine percent of non-seasonal U.S. layoffs in the first quarter were due to outsourcing, but less than a third of the work was sent overseas,

This is another one of the huge issues with no true stats on it. I was just reading that one of the main sources are Management consultants, who "guesstimate."

In any case, with 5% unemployment, we really are at full employment.
