Interesting Jill! Have taken cruises out of Puerto Rico but never hear of Vieques.......checked it out and saw that Windjammer cruises is about to go there or have started there.......Read that it is just 8 miles from Puerto Rico.

It will be discovered by the whole cruise industry and there goes the neighborhood. :-0
