I have posted extensively on the california energy crisis. And it had a lot more to do with Gray Davis and his policies and the silly partial deregulation (where only the wholesale side was deregulated, but the retail side was still extremely regulated.

One thing that most people don't know is that the entity that gouged the retail power companies the most was the State of California. *not* the private corporations.

but you are right.....you all are sooooo fcuked!!!

California is called the engine of the US economy. definitely. When the Bushies attacked California, they damaged the entire US economy for years. It personally cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars.
