I have answered this particular question if you are interested. Follow Buddy's JF type accusations back and you will find it. It really is quite logical, and based on public facts out at the time, accurate. And one correction to your dishonesty in THIS VERY POST (there seems to be at least one per post). I don't think Ashcroft wrote the memo. Implying that he did seems dishonest.
