The energy crisis would never have happened if it wasn't for Gray Davis being in bed with the energy companies and passing laws that ended up backfiring on the energy companies.

I posted extensively on this during the crisis itself.

Without looking at what California vulnerable, you are keeping yourself ignorant to the true nature of the events.
