Grey Davis the victim????!!!! You have to be kidding...OMG!!! you are a fool! Grey Davis and the Pres of SCE go back many many years. Grey was the turd who did the absurd semi deregulation that crippled the retail energy providers by setting prices and forbidding hedging which would have mitigated the energy woes. Further, the State of California forbid the building of any new power plants which would have made it impossible for the outside providers to gouge. Further, several plants were taken offline by mandate of the State of California, further making the population of the State victims. And back to who gouged the retail energy providers the most....yes...THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA!!!! Didn't you know that the State of California is one of the largest providers of energy in California? Didn't you know that they charged more than Enron and Calpine and all the rest? And who was the Executive in charge of the state during this period Grey Freakin Davis!!!! Victim!!! HA!!!! Grey Davis bent the state of California over a beach ball with its ass up in the air and painted a bullseye right on the cornhole of California and put up signs saying "Stick it to us!!!" And he hid the lube so it would hurt even more.
