None of this matters, JDN. You should note how suspicion of U.N. corruption is consistently ignored by the left. Annan is actually lecturing at Harvard. That is because a de facto transition has just taken place, wherein the American people, led by non-SUV owners like John Kerry, are trading their sovereignty for the false comfort of international groupthinkism. Countries that in all of their centuries of existence have never been able to accomplish the innovative strength and cultural power America has accomplished, are now in position to dictate when America can go to war to defend her interests. As the left effectively used Vietnam to remove the balls from America's leaders, they have now effectively used Iraq to remove the real sovereignty of America. If Bush loses in November, it won't be a great issue because the America in your history books is already dead.
