I hang on to Euro when the dollar spiked the first time because I knew it was a trick to make everyone borrow more money since they would see as a last opportunity to borrow.

Debtors load up and then are milked by the increased interest rates. I was betting that the spike that would stick would happed this month.

Then I bought back USD (at a loss) because Bush wants to handover Iraq and get a rate increase at the same time.
