So safety results are in and they look fine, but unclear if the efficacy measurements will be done and analyzed in time for presentation. The authors said a month to make the CSF measurements, so it looks possible. I note that NiCox was in there, too, talking about their NO donating flurbiprofen compounds and how they also acted to inhibit PPAR gamma, which is apparently implicated in AD pathology.
