So the last day I can trade my QQQ June 38 puts is Friday 6/18, it will expire on the market close that day,

Confirmed. If you use Yahoo to check the quotes for June QQQ Puts or Calls you will find a note at the top of the page stating the June QQQ options expire at the close on June 18, 2004.

Technically speaking, the option will expire on the Saturday following the third Friday of the month, but the last day to trade it will be on the third Friday. For June, expiration is the 18th.
