What if a Nuke was launched by mistake?

Got any other red herrings to raise?

It's going to be big deal if this happens anywhere anytime, and a well-ordered country like Israel is a much less likely source of an "accident" than is Pakistan or one of the former-USSR "stans".

The countries we are worrying about are the countries who think having a bomb is great, and have said they want to launch one.
