And let me guess. Government can solve all of man's problems if they just had more money. Well the Soviets and Chinese HAD all the money. I didn't see it solving their problems, but I did see 40 million people die for refusing to be worked like slaves and then have the party elite steal their hard work from them. When taxes are 0% revenue is 0%. When taxes are 100%, revenue is 0%.

Mistakes happen, especially in bureaucracies. You said that the policy was reversed. Why are you ignoring the reinstatement?

You can't have it both ways...charging the Bush Adm with over-spending & then criticisms when they make cuts. The same situation happend to GW. A group of single mothers who receive a full tax rebate each yr due to low income, complained that they were not included in the tax rebates.
They in effect did not pay taxes but still considered themselves entitled to a rebate. Congress reversed the decision & the single mothers received a bonus. These were full-time workers, so congress decided in this case it was better to encourage employment with the rebate checks.
