It does appear that by taking out Saddam, we've taken another boot off the throat of those who want to establish the Ummah and sharia law, Mullah style, in Iraq.

In terms of human suffering, I'd be hard-pressed to choose between Saddam and the Taliban.

There just aren't any nice totalitarians.

Funny, though, the terrorists we've had the most trouble with were not raised in madrassas, but attended western universities or western style universities.
