<<I'm sure vets will be delighted to hear about the cuts.>> The ones here have been. Two vets I know used to drive 70 miles one way to get what kept them alive each month. Now they drive 40 miles for a 3 month presription every 3 months. Less waiting time too. Costs less. Tell me the down side?
