We should recognize Gaddafi as an enemy who is scared of Bush.

That is a wrong assumption. You are not familiar with the tactics of the nations from those parts of the world. What he is doing with Bush is buying time. So dealing with Gadaffi and his likes is not a deciding factor for the American voter. The deciding factor is how Kerry and Bush will approach the problem of terrorism. Bush has been a failure since he thought going it alone would be the best approach. he failed and today there are more terrorists than there were yesterday. If the terrorists or better still the budding potential terrorists knew that the entire world and not just the US is against them, then the results would be a reduction in terrorist acts.

So to say that terrorists like Gadaffi are afraid of Bush is very misleading bordering on propaganda.
