Thanks for the info. It only means continued prosperity and great place to do business. A truly market economcy and that's difficult to stiffle. No wonder so many corporations worldwide want to get a piece of the action. Most economists look at China's economy from today's western standards which may not apply in China's case.

By the way, how is the lychees this year. I heard bountiful harvest again and already sweet and juicy for the early crop.

Produce prices have gone up in US supermarkets - fruits higher for sure. Cheries at 4.99 a pound. Discounted red grapes at 1.00 a pound (normally 2.49/lb) and it's the lousy high tart (sour) variety. Apples 2 bucks a pound.
