Well said X. Well, the WPA and CCC put people to work and improved our infrastructure. States whine about no money. Well, the highway dept here use to use their own people and equipment to fix the infrastructure. Now, those same people are supervising contractors fixing the infrastructure. Big time waste of money. I imagine a lot of the prison population would love to get some fresh air. Every day worked is a day off their sentence sounds good to me. Until some lawyer sees a way to make a buck.
