NO! I wouldn't advise deleting any of those programs. I hope TC doesn't disagree with me. I find value in all of them.

Keep them all and keep them up to date. Those and an anti-virus program and firewall should keep your machine in pretty good shape. I run all of them and update a couple of times a week. Just takes a few minutes.
