If I was President and George Tenet (Dem), head of the CIA told me that Saddam Hussein has WMD and "its a slam dunk", I'd believe him too. Nobody lied. I still wouldn't be surprised if all the WMD are in Syria now but thats just speculation. Its still too early to say SH didn't have the stuff. Furthermore, SHs call for Jihaad against the US IMO was a declaration of war anyways.
