Poor rejek, mr bill cut and cut and cut money from research and development in the military. That is not the case when a very wise Republican is President. The wave of technology that created all those jobs while mr bill played with himself were the fruits of so much research and development of previous decades. Super Computers, micro-electronics, fibre optics and the lasers needed to drive data all are tactical to practical evolutions. Mr. bill was simply to inept to get in the way.
