It probably is set up within legal limits, although it may be much like Kerry's mortgage on "his" half of the house. Legal but not within the spirit of the rules.

Nader is polling as well this campaign as he was in 2000. Anyone that discounts the strength of Nader is fooling themselves.

Nader is bleeding off a lot of the Dean and Kucinnich antiwar vote.

If Nader gets more than 4 or 5% of the vote, Bush will be the next President.

This election is all about the Nader factor.
