If it's still there it spells trouble for Bush..
uk.news.yahoo.com
the catch is
The group of 26 former diplomats and military officials, including appointees of former Republican presidents Ronald Reagan and George Bush, plan to issue an open statement on Wednesday criticising Bush's foreign policies.
and while they say at the end..
the group was not aligned with Bush's Democratic challenger in the November election, Massachusetts Senator John Kerry. "But we want an alternative and that's the alternative," Harrop said.
It's what they don't say..
Buch and Kerry are make believe opposites. They both
belong to the same fraternity

So if Kerry does replace Buch and it gives hope
to the frustrated , the result will be that not
much change will result.
It's a joke, and the Golden rule of politics will
remain; and that is; those with the gold will make the rules.
