David the Liar is not telling the whole story. Remember Arakis Energy? They wanted to reconcile the U.S. and Sudan so they could drill for oil. A lobbyist for that company, Mansoor Ijaz, is the one who brokered in this supposed deal. He looked too slimy for the Clinton Administration's taste, and they saw no reason to avoid normal diplomatic channels.

I was talking about when Clinton had the opportunity to have OBL killed after he was spotted in spy photos. That happened twice.

As for incident you cite, I have always thought it was ridiculous. DR got that spin from Fox News......Fox and the NRO have a way of confusing the neocons with half truths and/or half lies.
