I don't think anybody cares much rather you believe in the Tooth Fairy or in Manitou. People care whether you are harmful and dangerous, or whether you can be trusted to be fair, decent, and above board. We don't care about whether your God supports low fat or low carb. All we hope is that such a God doesn't exist. We don't need to merge pomposity, cruelty, and power in a single shriek of Absolute madness.
