Doug,
Seizing those fields is a last resort if saudi appears to be collapsing into chaos. It would be like taking the pakistan bomb would be if they had descended into chaos or attacking the taliban when they were in chaos. If UW is correct about the ease of securing this oil patch, it seems a lot less dangerous than the others and we can always create an escrow account for what would have gone to the saudis and these funds could be targeted to the entire arab world not just a couple of thousand despicable chieftans.
