Did I stay on point to your question? Not really. My interest was peaked when you stated that GWB had stated that we had won the war on terror. I've never heard him or anyone else even allude to the idea that we have won the war. They made claims that we were winning the war, which is open for debate now with the numbers being incorrect. But nobody said we had won the war which is what you claimed GWB said. It's obvious that your statement that GWB said we had won the war is incorrect so I guess we can leave it at that.
