Policy wise he's hands down better than Bush.

With Bush, you have to look at what he does, not what he says. He quite often cuts funding for programs he says he is in favor of:

JDN, we are electing a US President, not a student body President. Who cares if Kerry is likeable or not? He seems cautious and conservative in his decisions and policies. He is not likely to be reckless like Bush in running up huge debt and being adventurous in foreign policy.
