I remember my father who is on Medicare had angioplasty and the Tylenol they gave him, (the common one available off the shelf, I saw it) was charged Medicare $10. I ask why such a huge charge?

That's not a drug company issue.

That's an issue with the way hospitals price medicines they dispense.
