Mike, the writing is on the wall. We will be gradually pulling out of Iraq as soon as we can, definitely next year when they have an elected government. It is the necessary course. The Iraqi people need to see that we are not playing colonizer; and the Iraqi government has to know that they have a short time to create a real intelligence force, police and army. The more it becomes clear that Iraq is being ruled by an accountable Iraqi government, the less popular the terrorists will be with the Iraqis.
