"What a moronic post...You should go and pound some sand." Finally! Something we agree on. That post should more properly read: "What a moronic post...Go pound sand." The word "and" is unnecessary. Omitting "You should" and "some" from "You should go pound some sand" makes the sentence more direct and forceful. It transforms the sentence into a forceful statement. Yes it might be considered more forceful like that. But it is not incorrect usage...and besides I was trying to sound as moronic as the persons who usually post that kind of drivel. Orca
