Thanks Robert. The figures are certainly interesting, and of course, encouraging. I hope you are correct. One can only hope that the sector revives, and that MRV might be perceived as a company within that sector that has very strong and ( obviously ) unrecognized potential.

yes, i think your 21% SG&A is too low... not only b/c of SuperComm and other conferences and presentations, but also due to additional hiring and costs of initial stages in ramping production (obviously, this isn't SG&A, but should increase expenses for the Q, before really being able to cash in on the expanse of production capabilities). i could be wrong, and hope i am...but i don't see earnings or cash flow positive until 4Q04.
