First.....what is the connection between Iraq and terrorists? None was ever found before 9/11 or after..the nexus that Bush always perpetuated on the gullible American public was and continues to be BS...no connection to Al Quaida was ever found and Bush has admitted that even if loose cannon Cheney has not...there are reliable reports of some there now but that was not the reason we went there..but I think you know that or should.

re: Vietnam.....oh, yeah the domino theory....that, of course , is now laughable....amazing how our withdrawal didn't change a thing except the government in S.Vietnam. Oh, yes and saved thousands of American lives....

re: Grenada....one of the biggest laughs of all time...Ronnie wanted to look like a war president after slinking out of Lebanon.... Instituted total news blackout of the invasion and it's immediate aftermath. So called med students never thought they were in danger.

re: Panama....under what international law did we have the right to invade a country and kidnap their leader to bring him to jail in our country? He was running drugs??? Why didn't we invade Columbia instead? Something has always smelled here and I'm surprised the press has never sniffed it out. Also a near total news blackout... "We did it for the children"....lolol!!

Most WWII vets puke when you try to equate their war with the war of choice in Iraq and so will clear thinkin g people all over the world.....on the other hand, all of us support the Afghanistan war but wonder why we seem to be giving it short schrift....

"the former President has told his son that he “messed up big time” in trying to tie Saddam Hussein to the 9/11 attacks against the United States. The elder Bush points out that a State Department assessment released after the September 11 attacks lists 45 countries (including the United States) where al-Qaeda operated and notes that Iraq was not one of those countries."

Sorry if I popped your perception bubble of who was responsible for 9/11.
