Cut the guy a break. He hasnt seen the sun in more than four years, when he went into the bunker to prepare for the millenium. He then forgot the combination to the bunker lock, and been stranded underground ever since. He makes Base Commander Jack D. Ripper look like the epitome of lucidity by comparison.
