There's something about that 168HP version that's somewhat reminiscent of "...Ludicrous Speed.................. My GPz1100 put 100HP on the ground at the rear wheel, would do the Quarter in 10 seconds in Denver right out of the factory box, and would run like a scalded greyhound at 160mph+ on the open and rolling stretch of I-25 north of Fort Collins headed to Cheyenne. One of those delightful opportunities to discover why they make Metzeler ME-99's and tuned suspensions with gas-charged shocks....., aye. Sounds like a current K-1200-RS would be a good "..last new scooter.." purchase........... And, I wonder if they have any of those Mel Brooks 'SpaceBall' helmets on eBay these days...?!? John :-) .
