Got the first virus I have ever had yesterday on my laptop, Sasser E. I only use the laptop when I travel and AVG was not up to date. When I updated it was detected and removed. For insurance, also used NAV removal tool after AVG removal and got message screen that Sasser E was not detected. Lesson learned, keep the virus data base updated. Rap

Can anyone point me to a download site for older versions of Zone Alarm, such as the 2.X or later version -- but NOT the latest 5.x version. I checked the ZA web site but couldn't see a link to download earlier versions. Thanks

If you are running certain versions of Norton Anti-virus you may get a false warning about the "Sockets de Trois" trojan. You are probably not infected with it. You will get this warning at a point during the tests so turn off Norton before running the test. Cow, Not running NAV.......running McAfee. FWIW.......what I've got seems to fit the description of a trojan. Use the instructions from this link from the "dream machine" thread on IHUB to post your pitstop results here so we can see what's going on. investorshub.com I've tried posting the PCP chart with little success. I followed the instructions by Myst for posting charts. Is that the correct one to use or is there another way of doing it? TIA. ted
