The evidence is allready piling up that we just had our blowoff top. I agree that ten year at 4-4.20 wont necessarily help housing if demand is gone. Which I believe will happen cause homes are not affordable.

* btw- using the win-share argument, isn't the Beltran "effect" really double if he winds up at a contending AL team not named Boston, for not only you are not +3 (or whatever) but they will become +3 too (so +6 total is Beltran impact). Just a thought...

SD looks like they are in (some sort of lead) but Burroughs and Long? yeech..
