I'd prefer that as well but I don't want to risk any F**k ups. I can just see us handing him over and then he escapes or is aided by his thugs. We can't afford for that to happen

Please consider Kerry will be able to do that after he gets other nation's troops in to help.
Only John Kerry has that ability IMO.
