Spitzer was focusing on a specific area of deception in the suit. It had to do with numbers disappearing and then reappearing when it was convenient. It's an interesting case. I'll try and get it and send to you.

My understanding is the board was given ghost numbers when making compensation decisions. Not cool.

I'd like your opinion after reading it.

>> attacking capitalism for working

What is your Definition of Capitalism? Mine is Johnny Cochran:
"If you are willing to buy it, we will provide it".
Nothing about NEED in there, Stevie. Don't you "thank" there might be some problems with it? Or are you the typical programmed American robot? I'll bet you think America invented capitalism.

Microsoft (Paul Allen) did wonders getting a buggy version of CP/M (QDos) to work with that pointy-hair built IBM PC. After 1985, it was the LAW Contracts of that Lawyer kid that built Microsoft bloatware.

What you have now is a complete joke. Your OPERATING system doesn't OPERATE, it has Behavior like an old car. It is the definition of a VIRUS:
"A system of programs that can't communicate, that grows uncontrollably from release to release".
You have to now buy your OS twice with Norton anti-EvilEmpire software. Suckers.

Outlook (LookOut) is your operation "program". What does it operate? Why it's your Missy1, melissa2, hello1 viruses. (BTW, hello123 or whatever it is called is a program not a virus.) Duh, Duh, duh.

Corporate American is a bunch of house thieves that only care about their stock options. You either work for the Dilbert "working class" or the Pointy-Hair Management Party of America. Once you joined the PHM Party, you really have to F$ck up to get booted out of this Party. No Democratic voting going on in this "society", besides that back scratching club called the "Board". Gee, they are on each others boards, how conveeeeeneint. Golly, Stevie, what is this society called? Russia Commyism.

Democracy is suppose to be great because you get to vote for who you want. Forget about the history of voter fraud. I've been voting for twenty years and I've yet gotten to vote for who I wanted. It's seems to be a choice between a bunch of stuck up, rich lawyer kids. I grew up with these snotheads, I don't want them running sheit. I really don't see much difference between the two parties. Let's just combine them and call it the Commy Party. Get Real.

Capitalism works huh? Linux and all the "Free" software under the Open Software Foundation was built under Carl Marx theory:
"Everyone puts in according to ability, and everyone takes out according to need".
Commyism has the word "need" in it, not that Caphead word. What we need is a SECURE OPERATING PROGRAM that Operates. In the caphead world, the best product doesn't win out. It's whoever has the best snowmen and lawyers.

Commyism doesn't work for "Guns and butter" or goods that need physical incentives. There are also no incentive for innovations except compuder geeks trying to impress each other . It's great for commodity products. I know what made Capitalism Great, Do You?

In my opinion, it just seems to fall apart when there are no production or delivery cost (Internet). It's the same with computers. I know first hand what computers have done. Do you know what harm they have done? We don't have to "cook" the books anymore, that sheitt is programmed into the system. Do you believe any data that comes from computers? Do you know when you are a Dumbass?

Keep bragging about Capitalism like a 14-year old kid cheerleader, Stevie. I'm sure China will be laughing at our ponzi scheme selling us all this crap. We use to buy stuff for each other. We now have to give crap for presents.

Just A Fat Cat Roman

>> How the hell do you attack the definition of capitalism - the NYSE

Cum On, Stevie, let's hear it. Show me how smart you are. Your Def of Capitalism is the NYSE? I know you aren't that Stoopid.

You're giving Adam Smith a good ole Blow Job on that one. What a typical dumbass Amer, beating off with your "Invisible Hand". The stock market is the heart of capitalism and just because someone cons a bunch of money that is NOT the positive of capitalism. He rode the Alan AirHead Greenback Supply Project so he's worth a 1/4 of a Billion. Someone has to pay for this, Mr. Caphead.

I'm gonna bet you're a trust-fund baby snothead that worships Billy Gates. Do you even know what Carl Marx Theory is? It's what made America great. Not Buttheads like you that are shitting on my Daddy's graves. Go give Beavis a BJ.
