The purpose of the brutality of the Americans is to enrage the Iraqi's so they retaliate and then we have to stay.....and keep a stranglehold on the oil. Think about it. Bush 41 kept the Iraqi oil tied up for ten years through clever manipulation of the UN combined with American force. The Iraqi's could not sell it. It stayed in the ground. Now Bush 43 has taken possession of it. Those oil reserves are to ensure the US economic survival when the world starts running out of oil. And some day I might tell the rest of the story.
