Me thinks The boys are less at risk than the layers out from the center....mostly a lot of hedge funds and Special function arbs who are doing a lot of the dirty deeds. The net buying in May which was huge; made hardly a dent in the short open interest....that tells you something..... Small caps are right now; a mixed bag....those with maturing short positions are up on covering, while new targets are sending many to 52 week lows. I am beginning to feel that there are better opportunities in todays market than I've seen for near a year. Probably coincident to R2k rotations..... So many folks dont watch enough individual stocks to even notice what is going on. The setups are looking great, but as always, time will tell.
