I have no idea why people think things would have been any different. I believe it is partisanship. Irregardless, it is a mute point, since Kerry was not President, but we do know that he did little with the Logan warning...that is why I believe the results would have been the same.

tonto, why would anyone perceive that Kerry could prevent another 9/11 better than Bush? In a recent poll, Kerry did receive slightly higher percentage than Bush, EXCEPT when asked the homeland security question. Those polled overwhelmingly chose Bush for that category.
