There are so many scams out there. That's why it's important to make sure you check out filings if you are throwing serious bucks at micros. What's funny is that I've run into many shorts who say that the scams are only on the long side, that paid bashers don't exist and that naked shorting isn't being done. Where there's opportunity, there will be a scam, long or short, with thiefs claiming they are innocent. We have to keep our eyes open and lobby our representatives and administrators and get the protection our tax dollars should buy.
