Hard to say. Could be fast.They have seen major changes in 60 years, going back to old mapping photos in the 40's.
It's very complex. Permafrost is thawing, but lakes are drying up in areas because of increased evaporation and drier winters; but other areas are getting wetter, colder springs which mess up ground squirrel reproduction. Tundra is becoming aspen shrub forest in the north. The oceans have come up some this century, or rather the 20th.
Not as fast as "the day after tomorrow", but fast, like 20-50 years.
