Egypt follows Israel in terms of U.S. support

We talked about this, E.T. Are you pretending not to know the answer?

The answer is Per Capita Aid (try to remember it this time) - as in, with its 6 million people, Israel receives billions of USD in aid every year. That is

Israelis make up less than 0.1% of the world's population. Yet they receive 1/3 of all US aid. This, despite Israel already being one of the world's richest countries.

I have lived in CITIES with a higher population than that, where the level of poverty actually justified financial aid.

Personally, I don't care much. It is YOUR money and that of YOUR children that your country is throwing away, to finance a brutal occupation in some far away land. Not mine.

What pains me is your blindness. And its persistent nature - I cure you of it for a little while, showing you the data, and then it returns. What happens, E.T., do you actually forget?

Why don't you just accept that Israel is very much receiving preferential treatment from the US.

And this is just the financial part. At your leisure, we can also refresh your memory on details of US' political favoritism of Israel on an international scale.

I don't see where Israel is getting a free ride of any great distinction. Egypt follows Israel in terms of U.S. support. Does that mean Egypt is getting a free ride too?

Neither of 'em should get anything from us other than humanitarian aid until they learn to play nice.

Yes, Egypt is getting a free ride as long as they agree not to defend the Palestinians.
