Kerry will say anything to get elected. The President can not give tax credits. He can only ask congress to change the tax code.

Why should I have to work to pay taxes in order to give a tax credit to people who pay no taxes? This would be another mismanagement of my tax dollars.

Do we know what the revenue impact of that proposal would be?

Taxes are kinda like a water balloon. Squeeze in one place and it creates a bulge in another.
