There is a simple relation between the rate of fiat creation and Green$crook's visit to WH.

TH: Cheers. Did You Also See No. of Greenie WH Visits?

Did you see the tremendous up-spike in the number of visits Greenspan made to either the White House, or the White House Council of Econ Advisors, in 2003? It was a nice, steady trend upward in each of 2001, 2002, and 2003. But 2003 was fat with visits.

I need to find the article or I would suggest Google News search on the information. This came out yesterday--or maybe the day before.

Wait. I have found it:

Greenspan increased his contact with White House personnel last year, logging 68 visits versus 55 in 2002 and 37 in 2001, according to documents provided by the Federal Reserve. Ten of the White House meetings in 2003 and 2002 were with the president's Council of Economic Advisers; Greenspan met with the CEA 7 times in 2001.
