Bill Gross says the global outlook unstable.

"the advent of financial alchemy" - in particular, the growing use of hedge funds.

"Even banks are employing the 'carry' trade - borrowing short and lending long.

"They're doing things they haven't done before. There's lots of risk in the economy now compared with even five years ago."

There are bubbles in commodities and the UK housing market, as well as the US currency.

"With all this consumer debt, business debt, government debt, smaller movements in interest rates have a magnified effect . . . a small movement can tip the boat."

Yeah. More from the same guy. It's a closed forum, so he
does not seem to have interest to lie. He is a futures
trader.

Bill, I see myself what the guy is talking about, in SP
price action. I know such action can only be caused by
futures buying... Looks like it anyway!

"Why don't the traders front run 990N? Rest assured they try. But
the buying is totally untrustworthy. The volume comes in as a
blast, that blows the market in a direction. However, it stops just
as quickly. Since no one else is eager to buy at these levels
chasing the price action, after a volume blast, is death. You end
up getting left holding the bag. And the support will disappear so
quickly, that you end up holding a losing trade with nothing but air
pockets below. It's like playing with fire. Bottom line, it's a
false market.

So, 990N blows the price action above resistance, then expects the
floor guys to carry the market action through. Then, they try to
sell into the carry through, leaving the floor guys holding the
bag. Now, the floor guys refuse to chase anything. No dummies
they."

I'll post, this is about to get broader attention, from
what I know. This is serious.
