Clinton might have been considered right wing back in some halcyon days, perhaps 1936, but anyway while he was in office the recognized rightwingers were the Republicans, not Clinton.
Bush gave a big fat extra $500 per child tax credit and that's supposed to make up for his myriad cutbacks in non-military social expenditures and the inflation caused by the Irag war expenditures? The bill for neglect of the reconstruction of Afghanistan and neglect of the pursuit of Al Qaeda will be huge. As far as me being jealous of the rich, that ad hominem stuff will not convince anybody of anything. I think of myself as a kind of Greek chorus, commenting on the events of the play. People like you who built a business are surely to be congratulated. But that's not the way to make, e.g. a second hundred million. For that you get on the phone and have your lobbyist contact the Republicans to swing something in your favour. They'll know your name from your contributions. Or from your newspaper's paeans of praise for Bush and party.
