Thank you. That is what I need to know. Personally, I use W98SE, NS7.1, no IE or OE are in my machine and neither are M$ Office or Word, and I use a router as firewall. I never get pop-ups and have no spy-bot invasions, etc. Lucky I guess. But, I do crank up my older version of ZA about once a week to monitor if anything is trying to get out that I did not request. And, I use F-Prot weekly to scan for viruses. So far so good. But, I have recommended this message group to friends and want to help them out with at least getting a non-buggy version of free Zone Alarm. thanks.................
