yes, Rosie... On hold.... we probably have to hold off on our well there also....may have to build it elsewhere, even. I guess it is volatile there now, the minorities are very angry at the government. These people are pushed to beyond the limits of what anyone can take. We'll see. The small thinking that we encounter in the local governments, is stunning sometimes. But sometimes, by just stepping back, the government will realize how stupid they are and eventually let the project go forward......but they sound pretty entrenched there right now. We may have to wait months or more, then come back to this one.... Headed out into the sun to get some work done... enjoy the day. scoot
